Short version: I collect as little as possible, I don't sell anything, and you can ask me to delete what I hold at any time.
This website
pozapps.app is run by Paul Miller, trading as pozapps, Belfast, Northern Ireland. When you send the contact form, your name, email address, business name (if given) and message are emailed to me so I can reply. I keep enquiries only as long as needed to deal with them and any work that follows.
The site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance.
The apps
Each app's App Store listing shows its privacy details. Most pozapps apps need no account and keep your data on your iPhone. Where an app has its own privacy policy, it's linked from the App Store listing.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you. Email hello@pozapps.app and I'll reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
